This is a recording of most of their MTV Unplugged taping. Other than the two encore songs missing ("Garden" and "Leash"), this is excellent quality and is completely unedited. For instance, check out the stage banter at the very end. Eddie Vedder mentions a recent derogatory Kurt Cobain comment to the press and an audience member can clearly be heard shouting "Fuck Kurt Cobain" several times, at which point Eddie laughs and then defends Kurt. Needless to say, this exchange was not included in the MTV broadcast.
