FD020 was printed once before the concert. Because the 1st printing used the "split fountain technique" to distribute the inks, there are color variations within the 1,000 copy run. Some copies were cut with a wide untrimmed right margin.

The 1st printing (see FD020), which is untrimmed, measures 14 1/8" x 19 7/8".

1st printing A has trimmed margins and measures 12 1/4" x 19 7/8".
