Neil Young has been a strong, consistent supporter of the Bridge School, an educational program designed to create communication pathways for children with severe speech or physical impairments, since 1986. All of his benefit concerts, save Bridge II in December, 1988, have been held at the Shoreline Amphitheatre and are a highlight of the Bay Area autumn concert schedule.
