The 1st printing (see FD037) is lavender and yellow and bears "The Bindweed Press" notation in the bottom right hand corner. It measures 14 3/16" x 20" and was printed prior to the concert.

The post-concert 2nd printing is lavender and green, and instead of the Bindweed Press, it bears a "No. 37-2" in the bottom right hand corner and "(c) Family Dog Productions, 1725 Washington Street, San Francisco" in the left hand corner. It measures 14" x 20".
