The handbill was 1st printed before the concert and measures 4 1/16" x 7 1/16". It is characterized by a blank reverse.
Pomegranate Artbooks reprinted this handbill in 1994. This 2nd printing measures 4 1/16" x 7 1/8" and is back-stamped with a Pomegranate imprint.
